The Project Management Centre of Excellence (PMCoE) is a Branch within the Modernization Division (MD) of the Ontario Provincial Ministry of Government Services. Susan will provide TASSQ Members with an overview of their centre of excellence and the products and services that they offer.
The mandate of MD is to build capacity across the Ontario Public Service (OPS) to create and sustain transformational change and achieve modernization objectives by providing management frameworks, methodologies, tools, learning and consulting services, and to lead and support corporate programs and projects that advance the modern OPS agenda. PMCoE provides services supporting the building OPS project management capacity. Projects are the primary vehicle to introduce change, it is critical that OPS ministries improve their capacity to effectively lead, plan, implement and manage projects to deliver transformation results.
Susan Ksiezopolski, PMP, is a member of the Consulting and Development Group of the Ministry of Government Services for Ontario.
The presentations is on
the last Tuesday of the month at Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel, 123 Queen Street West, across from New City Hall.
