JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced QA Professional with strong business development skills to grow and progress with a booming company. Role is 50% QA Delivery and 50% business development. Candidate will have an exceptional record of delivery matching our reputation of higher quality. * Self motivator / strong initiation skills able to connect Strategy to tactics. * Excellent Management skills to recruit, retain, and develop * Will manage and grow a multimillion dollar department. * Ability to lead our QTP Automation Center of Excellence * Will report directly to North American CEO



REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in QA with solid experience in web based apps and automation * Strong back ground in building a client/business relationship * Good manual testing experience and with hands-on * Good hands on experience with Planning for QA activities for QA releases * Capable of preparing QA plan and estimation of requirements and scheduling * Must have experience in requirements analysis, functional knowledge gathering related to the test work content * Must be able to write test cases from requirements/functional specs * Must have Hands on Experience in automated functional testing using HP-QTP * Must be able to able to design and develop automation test framework * Experience in load testing would be a plus * Must be able to manage onsite team at multiple locations * Prior successful experience with offshore coordination is a must * Very good experience in financial domain * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities * Must be able to present to Executives Sponsor as well as Technical Heads.
