An SAP Test Integration Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating end-to-end integration testing of SAP applications. An integration manager must possess comprehensive knowledge of functional testing for SAP solutions. Additional responsibilities and characteristics include the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:

• Point of contact for upper management and project management when there is no Test Manager
• Team leadership
• Coordinates testing resources including infrastructure and human resources and manages the efforts in communications, test readiness, and alignment, and team effectiveness
• Develops a test readiness plan for integration (scenario) testing
• Work as the point of contacts (PoCs) and with PoCs of different applications for test preparation including test cases development, test data, test environment readiness
• Facilitates test cases development workshops with test team, project teams and interfacing applications teams
• Assist in developing test strategy, test approach, and test plans
• Work closely with Test Manager and Test Architect
• Manage and coordinate testing efforts using Quality Center
• Work with Test manager to develop and report on key metrics and KPIs

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience) is required
• 7+ years SAP SDLC experience in a high tech environment
• 5+ years experience with SAP Testing and Test Management
• Leadership skills
• Strong planning and project execution skills
• Demonstrated ability to proactively build and manage relationships
• Strong communicator (Oral, Verbal, and Written) with ability to persuade individuals and groups
• Advanced level experience and skill set in HP Quality Center
• Has undertaken test process improvement projects and client assessment projects
• Excellent technical skills with strong analytical and diagnostics background
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to use metrics in an operation environment to suggest and implement continuous improvement
• Ability to thrive in a challenging and high pressure environment
• Firm understanding of ASAP Methodology
• Knowledge of SAP testing suite (TAO, TDMS, QTP, BPT Solution Manager and Solution Manager Adapter)
• Willing to travel up to 25% of time

ADDITIONAL ASSETS

• Knowledge and experience with the variety of SAP applications
• Experience with Livelink, Remedy and ARIS would also be an asset
• Worked with previous clients and partners to deliver client offshore managed services
